  • Consistent Client Referrals: Our structured client referral process means you can maintain a steady caseload without the stress or expense of marketing. Our team ensures that your schedule remains full, even during slower seasons.
  • W-2 Stability: With W-2 employment, you gain financial stability, including tax withholdings, unemployment benefits, and access to disability insurance that’s not available as an independent contractor.
  • PLUS – no more waiting for the insurance companies to pay you. We pay semi-monthly for all sessions you completed in that pay period.

  • No Operational Costs: As part of our team, you no longer need to cover office rent, malpractice insurance, billing software, marketing, or licensing fees. We take on these costs, significantly increasing your net income and freeing you from the financial commitments of private practice.

  • Clinical Mentorship: If you wish, you are invited to receive mentorship from our founder, a clinician with over 30 years of experience, plus other senior clinicians with varying specialties. You’ll gain ongoing professional support to stay engaged and refine your therapeutic approach.

5. Complete Administrative Support

  • No More Billing and Insurance Management: We handle insurance credentialing, billing, follow-ups, and claims, ensuring you’re paid reliably and ON TIME without the hassle of managing payments or chasing down claims.
  • Client Management Covered: Our team takes care of scheduling, client intake, and other admin tasks, giving you more time to focus on clinical work and less on managing day-to-day operations.

6. Retirement and Financial Planning

  • Retirement Plan Options: After two years of employment, we offer a SEP IRA retirement plan. We contribute 5% of your gross earnings into that IRA each pay period. You also have the opportunity to contribute to the plan as well – or go over your options with the financial consultant.
  • Paid Sick Time: With our W-2 structure, you receive up to 40 hours per year of paid sick time, providing income security that solo practice can’t offer.

7. Reduced Liability and Legal Risks

  • Malpractice Insurance Coverage: We fully cover malpractice insurance, reducing your financial risk. As a W-2 employee, you’ll be protected under our business, minimizing your personal liability.
  • Employer Liability Support: In any sensitive or complex client situations, you’ll have the full support of our organization, from reporting requirements to legal concerns.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Earning Potential: Up to $87,000 per year, depending on caseload and session type
    • Couples Therapy: $109 per session
    • Insurance-Based Therapy: average $67 per session
